Quick Summary: 

Swap the big Christmas tree with a really small one. Don't forget the presents too! Lego sized would work great or even a Charlie Brown style Christmas tree....

  1. Premake the mini tree and mini presents
  2. Wait till mom goes to sleep
  3. Move the reall tree and presents to another room
  4. Setup the mini tree and presents in their original spots.
